Hello,
Cornell's one-year program is excellent; it's targeted at applicants who have advanced degrees and who are very strong quantitatively. In addition it's best for people staying in the same career/industry. Apparently in 2007, 100% of the accelerated program students received offers. Of course, that's pre-global financial meltdown. I would imagine that if it's not 100% in this economic climate, recruiting would still be strong relatively, given the nature of the program.
