We are given that (4,0) and (-4, 0) lie on the circle.
This means that the centre should lie somewhere on the Y axis.

If the points lie on the diameter, then the radius will be = 4, but this will be the smallest possible value
What if the points are lying on the other chords, so the radius will keep on increasing.

Now assume a circle so big that the points given are on the smallest possible chord. In this case, the value of the radius will be very big.

Correct Option: E
