symmetric result.

(A,B) becomes (B,A). and the +,- sign depends where the quadrant is.

According to the symmetric result, just for my knowledge;
If the point Q(s,t) was to lie in III Quadrant, are the following results correct?
s = -1 , t = Sqrt(3)?
