The slanted line has x-intercept = 4 units and y-intercept = 3 units.
So, the equation of the slanted line is x/4 + y/3 = 1, or 3x + 4y = 12
Now, the the point (0, 0) lies on the shaded side of the line.
For (0, 0), the value of 3x + 4y = 0 < 12
So, the shaded region is inside the region 3x + 4y < 12
