In order to make the discussions in this community richer, consider the following whenever you are posting a new question -
1. Please underline the part of the sentence in question in SC -
I have observed that quite often posters do not underline the required part. This requires an additional effort on the part of other members to figure out the incorrect part of the sentence from the answer choices and creates unnecessary confusion.
2. Please provide the OA -
Either you can provide OA in the original post itself or after some discussion. However, I have often seen that original posters completely forget about providing the OA even after an appreciable discussion has taken place. The same phenomenon is rampant in RC section as well. This totally defeats the purpose. Fellow members take pains to point out the different flaws in the sentence. It is imperative that such discussions see a logical conclusion which is impossible without the actual OA.
3. Please provide the source of the question -
Mentioning the source is critically important to ensure that members do not waste their precious time on questions which have suspect / non standard origins.
4. Please post your doubts in the original post -
If you have a specific doubt in a question, then please explicitly mention that doubt so that fellow members can focus on it.
This is already being followed by few members. I have seen that this approach provides a much better discussion and has more takeaways. If, on the other hand, you want to just share a good question with the community, then posting the question only is quite okay.
