1 cent = 1/100 Dollars
So, S cent = S/100 Dollars.

For 1 foot - S/100 Dollars
For t foot - ts/100 Dollars [spoiler]A[spoiler]

Also helpful to know units.,

Dollars = Dollars/Feet * Feet (So ts should be in numerator)

1 foot will cost = S cents

T feet will cost = S *T cents.

Now 100 cents = 1 dollar

So 1 cent = 1/100 dollars

So ST cents = ST/100 dollars
