I'm stuck between A and D. However, I'll pick D, since it makes sense in my crazy little world. A is such a close second, though I'm pretty sure that the relationship between computer scientists and those who appreciate the advances in technology is pretty much implied.

my choice is B

the situation is similar to X belongs to Y, doesn't automatically implies that Y belongs to X.

B IMO

P1: ONLY Comp Scient -- Understand Arch
P2: Understand Arch -- Appreciate Tech
C: Appreciate Tech -- Comp Scient

B: states that some do not appreciate Tech...wich is the flaw

A-Stated in the Arg...not an answer
C-OOS
D-cannot be an answer
E-Too broad
