If a and b represent positive single digits in the correctly worked coputation above, what is the value of the two digit integer ba?

qa is 52, but my answer is 10.

a=2 b=5

however, I thoght that the answer is asking b TIMES a. Is there a technicality that I am missing here? THe math is fine. Stuart can you help me with the language of the question!

rephrase it

2+3+b = 10 so b=5 (sum has to be 10 because of 0 in 90)

1 (carry over) + 2+a+4 = 9 so a=2 (sum has to be 9 because of 9 in 90)

hence, ba = 52

Enginpasa1, the Qs is asking for - the value of the two digit integer ba. So it means that they are asking for the integer formed in the form of ba but not the result of b times a.
This is the point, I believe, u have to get an idea from the pattern of the Qs or from the complete knowledge of what the Qs is asking for.
Correct me If I am wrong
