If a DS question a yes/no question (sorry I don't have an example here) and Statement one answers "No" for that particular question for all possible values...will that mean it is sufficient.

Hope I am making sense :-)

I need clarification as I am getting confused. Cheers

yes it is sufficient. by asking yes/no question, GMAT is asking that using below conditions can u answer yes or no....?

In a yes or no DS question:

A DEFNITE "YES" or a DEFINITE "NO" makes the statements SUFFICIENT
