I'm a senior student and need the recommedation letters for an undergraduate program. I have two ops for the recommender. One of them is a college teacher, he knows me very well but as a person, not as a student or employee. He knows how I face up different situations.
The other was the assistant of my boss, during an internship. He knows how I work, but I think that he can't give many examples about me in the letter as the other one does.
Which one could have more weight in the letter???
Thanks and BR...

Why do you think your college teacher would not know you as a student? He was your teacher who evaluated you, so he is bound to know your strengths and weaknesses as a student as well as a person. The assistant of your boss knows you as an intern and not as a person.
From the information you have provided, I believe you should go for your college professor.

I'm confused. Are you applying for MBA programs or for something else?
