Well, I wouldn't eliminate Booth so quickly if I were you. I understand you don't want to take the GMAT, but maybe first email the school and try and see if you can get a GMAT waiver??? If you can, then I think it's worth it. I mean it is Booth, and one of the best EMBA programs in the world.
