What are my chances? Should I retake and target 760 GMAt?

Do NOT retake that GMAT. With good essays and interviews, you are a competitive candidate at your target schools, and you certainly have a shot at your reach schools.

Your GPA is a tad on the low side for your target schools. If you have the time, take a business-related course or two and earn A's in them.
