MBA interviews are similar to job interviews, so be prepared to discuss anything on your resume, your professional experience, and why you want an MBA. Additionally, you need to be ready to articulate your career goals and how the Wharton EMBA (and any other program you apply to) is the right program for you. While you have enough experience in terms of quantity for an EMBA program, I don't know enough about what you have accomplished or how you have progressed in your career to truly comment on your chances. EMBA programs are looking for applicants that demonstrate they are on a path to leadership and demonstrate evidence of appropriate/quick progression--support from your current company also helps. Depending on your GPA from college, a 650 GMAT might be a competitive score--the admissions committee will be looking for indications from the GPA and GMAT that you have the academic aptitude, especially quantitative aptitude, to handle the coursework.
