As with any other candidate, it is important for you to showcase your leadership and managerial skills, provide a solid rationale for an MBA in relation to your future career goals, and find a way to distinguish yourself from the rest of the applicant pool. Your GMAT is a little below average for these schools, but by no means are you out of range.
