I completed my Electrical- Electronics Eng with gpa: 2.44 and got a master degree in Engineering and Technolgy Management with a gpa of 3.82. Toefl 112 and gmat 750 and have limited work experience as quality engineer will be 2 years next september.I want to switch my career to Consulting or Finance.Do i have shot in these schools?I really appreciate your comments.

tepper (I saw in their page that they only accept candidate with <2.50 in a percentage < %1 and this means they only take 1 person with <2.50 every year. I am really unhappy now to see that because i was thinking tepper as my safety school)
said (my dream school)- saying that they want 2.1 Honors Degree but i dont have as you can see, will they consider me?
Will my undergraduate degree cancel out my chances getting in these schools or my gmat and master degree will help to mitigate the affect of my gpa? I took lots of important classes in my master degree about management (finance statistics)and i believe that with my gmat score i showed that i can do as well in the rigorous programs. will adcom understand this?
