CGPA increase and supplements, work exp

Hi!
I am an undergraduate in biotechnology from amity university and have a cgpa of 7.3/10. I am planning to undertake an additional course in economics or management from the university of london. What my dilemma is that whether i can supplement my cgpa with additional courses and a good GMAT score?(as in 700+). Also does the work experience count in terms of which company you have worked in and at what position?

Of course you can supplement it. It doesn't CHANGE your GPA, but obviously someone with a 7.3 and a 730 is looked up better than the same 7.3 with a 680.

And yes, the company counts and the position, a lot. As does what you have done with this position.

Have a look at the class profile of the desired institute and course. This will give you an idea that on average out of the selected students- how many had work experience and for how many years. If you wish to apply to top business schools then one of the prerequisites is having significant work experience.
