Hi,

I purchased a Kaplan GMAT 2008 Premier Program from a reputed bookseller in India. I could succesfully install the CD companion, but when I try to launch the application, I just get a black window with an hourglass (waiting) cursor, and nothing happens. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the CD several times but to no avail. What could be the problem? Could the problem be the CD? Is there a way to access that material online? My GMAT is on the 15th of July so I am in a desperate situation. Could I request someone to respond on a priority basis. Any help will be most appreciated.

Thanks and regards,
Raghav

If you are using Vista, then it might not work. I had a similar problem and contacted tech support. They said this is a bug that they're not responsible for, it's because of the CD manufacturers or something like that. Thing is, you can access the CATs from the CD online if you register - you've got instructions at the beginning of the book. The CATs are in the syllabus.
