Hi Experts and GMAT aspirants,

I have finished my interviews with Cass Business school and Olin Business School, St.louis. I am looking for an MBA in the consulting side. I am from the Telecom sector having 3.6 years of work experience and working as a program manager in an NGO. Which college will give me a better opportunity to learn about consulting and also give a better change to find an internship. For me, US and UK does not matter much, but the job scenario in the UK scares me. Kindly help.

Congratulations on your admissions offers! You have two great choices, and you'll no doubt be successful with either choice.

I can't provide this level of detail you need to answer your question, but I can tell you how to very effectively get this information.

Now that you are an admitted student, the tables have turned. You sit in the position of power now. Schools that have admitted you WANT you to commit to them.

Contact the MBA career services offices at both programs. Let them know that you are an admitted student, who has not yet committed, and would like to discuss some career-related questions with their team.

The factual information they provide you will help you make your decision.

However, pay close attention to the interaction with the career services staff. Were they knowledgeable and able to answer your questions? Are they helpful and friendly? Did they welcome your call or treat you as an intrusion? This will also give you valuable information which you can use to inform your decision!

Good luck - and let me know what happens!

Wendy
