ISB: Indian school of business is not particularly known for Finance but if you have relevant skills and motivation to good with your career it is a very good brand in India and south-east asia.

NUS (Singapore): A very good school and almost as affordable as an ISB. Very good reputation in Singapore region and many avenues in South-east Asia will open for you.

HKUST (Hong Kong): HK being a finance hub, this school is another very good bet for you. But fee is a bit on the higher side.

NTU (Singpore), MBS (Australia) are two other schools you should research on.
