A, D - incorrect, "it" is not the right word to be used in reference to -ing form
B - parallelism mistake, "repairs" are not parallel with "painting" and "polishing"
C - similarly like in answer B, there is a parallelism mistake - the verb "polish" is not parallel with "repairing" and "painting"
E - correct
