Option E appears to be correct but it is not when you consider the primary intent of the passage given. The focus is on whether monkeys rub against the millipede more during the winter season to protect against mosquitos. The answer for E would not help us determine it.

However option D will help. If the millipedes are available throughout the year, then the argument gains strength with the fact that the mokeys rub against them in winter TO avoid mosquitos. If the millipedes were available only in winter, then argument would need additional evidence to prove the point.
