Canadian schools for Mgmt Consulting: Telfer vs Ivey/Rotman

I'm hoping someone can help me out here to determine how bad of a school is Telfer for someone looking to get into Management Consulting. Their program doesn't seem that bad, especially for someone who wants to work in the Ottawa region like myself after graduation. However, I do not know the demand here in Ottawa for management consultants and what their salary is like. I know firms like Accenture & Deloitte are based here, but not sure of the others.
I know that Ivey/Rotman are the top in Canada to get into this line of work but I'm considering Telfer primarily for the low cost of tuition and no extra living expenses, provided I can get into mgmt consulting. The difference in cost is almost $70K, which is a lot since I'll be taking out a loan. I understand that by going to a better school will increase my chances to get into a great firm, however the salary better substantially higher so I can repay the extra 70K debt! Oh, and just to mention, i'm assuming all this based on a entry level position in a consulting firm...so i'm not expecting 6 figures to begin with regardless of location; I'm being realistic!

Does anyone have any insight on the quality of the Telfer School of Business and how consulting firms view this school in comparison to others? Thanks in advance for your feedback
