can my low gpa ge me into graduate school?

i had a 1.8 gpa in my undergraduate program however i wrote a gmat and had 715 .am i eligible to enter a graduate school.my learning abilities back then were very bad but am a changed person now.do u think with this low gpa and dis better gmat score i can apply?am worried...
