A. His campaign for sanitary conditions in operating rooms finally successful-->INCORRECT: This make sentence a run-on

B. Since his campaign for sanitary conditions in operating rooms had been eventually successful-->CORRECT: Since used to join the sentence, also 'had been' is correct.

C. Because of the eventual success of his campaigning for sanitary conditions in operating rooms-->INCORRECT:no clear subject and "because of" less preferable to "since".

D. His campaign for sanitary conditions in operating rooms being eventually successful-->INCORRECT: same as in A

E. Campaigning, eventually successfully, for conditions to be sanitary in operating rooms-->INCORRECT: sentence fragmentation error.
