MIT M-log program is reknowned from SCM and offers good career prospects in operations domain. JBS is a typical MBA program and is not SCM focused.
Here, we would like to know your profile and career goals. It would help give specific advice.

Hi

In case you are looking for a pure play consulting career (generalist consultant) then JBS is a better option (ignoring course fee, program duration). Around 40-45% of the class is placed into consulting with all typical firms (big 4, Mc, BCG etc.)

MIT (MLOG) has decent placement in consulting and interestingly these are SCM focused consulting profiles. For example, PRTM (one of the best SCM consulting firm) is a regular recruiter in MIT.
It boils down to the fact that what kind of work you wish to do in consulting domain.
We have a client who got admit from IMD, IESE, MLOG last year and he is joining MLOG (cost, brand, 9 month program) - I will try to route your query to him for more perspective.
Feel free to reach out to us, we will try to help in decision making :)
