B/C - use of LIKE for examples; drop
D- changes meaning (Teratomas composed of tissues VS Teratomas's composition)

A vs E:

in A "FOUND IN THE ORGAN..." appears to modify TOOTH AND BONE - this suggests that TOOTH AND BONE NOT FOUND IN the organ in which tumor appears. This meaning is nonsensical.

The intent is to say that "Tissues are not found in the organ in which tumor appears" as in E.

IMO E
