Let the current ages of Jason, David and Allison be j, d and a respectively.

Statement 1:
j = 6 + 2d
No information of a, hence clearly insufficient.

Statement 2:
a + 8 = 2d
No information of j, hence clearly insufficient.

Combining both statements, we get:
j - a = 14
Hence, Jason is 14 years older than Allison

Hence, answer is C
