Business Analytics - MS Programs - Prospects

Hello Stacy,

I have a question about the MS in Business Analytics programs being offered by various Schools of Business across the US. First a note about me, I have close to 8 Years of Work Experience with an MBA from a top biz-school in India. I worked as an Analyst (Statistical Modeling, Data Analytics in Pricing, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing etc. domains, couple of certifications) for most of these years & currently in a Program Management role with focus again on Data Analysis.

I have gone through the websites of couple of biz schools offering this program. They emphasize on certain things which I feel are more or less what I learnt on my job (more or less). Some courses focus on Big Data Analytics (which is obviously new). These programs are of 1 year to 18 months duration. I am wondering what would be the prospects after going through such a program in general & particularly for someone with my kind of experience.

Thanks for your reply.
