Hi,
0.00001 = 1/10^5 = 10/10^6
So sqrt(0.00001) = sqrt(10/10^6) = (sqrt10)/1000.
You have probably counted more zeros.

0.00001 = 1/100000 = 10/1000*1000

thus 0.00001 = 10^(1/2)/1000.

We can plug in the answers.
The square of the correct answer must be equal .00001.

Answer choice C: √10/1000
(√10/1000)^2 = 10/1,000,000 = 1/100,000 = .00001.
