IMO

D, because before semicolon its a comp sentence, and after however, its a complete sentence,

however is helping connect the two sentences

I am skeptical about D. IMO its B

we dont need a two connectors "however" and "semi-colon"

IMO B

in D

bright; however, he

the comma after however makes the sentence redundant.

the sentence has to be without comma, like

However he failed

In B, the second part of the sentence is without comma.

guys the OA given is D

even i selected B was surprised to see the OA....

I dnt trust the source hence i guess we should ask for expert advice.
