So with a high 600's range, you obviously know what you're doing in terms of easy and medium level questions and you've got your content bases covered. since 2/3 of test-takers fall in the 400-600 range, you're really asking about what separates the top 10% from everyone else. Here's what does: thoroughness.

When you're reviewing incorrect questions, ask yourself:

-What was the primary concept tested? secondary concept (i.e. Parallelism, Triangles, etc.)?
-What was the precise question-type (CR: Weaken, RC: Inference, etc.)?
-Did the question have any inherent "traps"? (long-winded Q-stem, open-ended variables, etc.)
-Why did I get this question wrong?
-How did my systematic approach fail me?
-Did I make the best use of my scratch pad?
-What should I have done differently to get this Q-type correct next time?

Try to spend the MAJORITY of your study time analyzing your own errors, filling in the gaps of your content knowledge, and seeking out THE MOST CHALLENGING QUESTIONS for your weaknesses. That will take you to a 700+ level.

In terms of books, I'd suggest MGMAT Advanced GMAT Quant to push into a higher range there. I'd need to know more specifics about what's up with your Verbal to suggest additional SC, CR, or RC materials. Good luck!
