Dear ser, miss,

I bought an ESR yesterday, but I haven't been able to get it working. I've looked at all the frequently asked questions and it is not clear to me what the problem is. There should be an "Enhanced Score Report" column in "My GMAT". However, this column is nowhere to be found. I want to use the ESR for my most recent test on April 26th. I "My GMAT" there is only the possibility to "reinstate the score" for this test. The frequently asked questions say that this shouldn't be necessity for using the ESR. Could you help me with this? I've already tried different internet browsers.. Thank you in advance.

Warm regards,

Martijn
