) Due to the fact that Jordan wrecked Bono’s station wagon during a road trip last summer, she has not been and probably never would be allowed to drive her father’s car.
(A) has not been and probably never would be allowed to drive
(B) has not been allowed to drive and probably never will be allowed to drive
(C) has not and probably never would be allowed to drive
(D) has not and probably will never be allowed to drive
(E) has not and probably never will be allowed to drive

OA B

I don't find anything wrong with A
Moreover I find B wordy

The question has been posted earlier,but no proper conclusion was reached

Ans D)... has and will be perfectly in comparison.. simple present and future tense

I chose D as my answer. I felt it was concise. But, after reviewing I realised that "been" is required to convey the continuous tense, i.e "she has not been allowed to drive" followed by a future tense to convey that she will never be allowed to drive.

Between A & B, A uses "would" which is in future perfect tense, we need simple future. B has no visible errors.

I did choose B too. Tough one (IMO)

(B) look like a more complete sentence
