Boldface statement difficulty

by gmatplayer » Wed Sep 09, 2009 6:20 pm
This is one part in V I need some basic advice about. Despite solving many problems it is very difficult for me to solve these under time pressure and my success rate is only 25% (little higher than blind guessing). so I am thinking about using different approach:
Just reading question real fast and then based on key word such as " fact that...", "However"...etc I am thinking of trying to eliminate options.
This way I can somewhat easily bring possible choices from five to two. And my accuracy has improved to about 50%. I know it is not that great strategy but, this way I can also save some time, as timing on verbal is real critical for me (I always finish on time...I mean on 75th min)

Since boldface questions are not great part of exam I am hopeful that I may not see such kind more than once in my test. (May be two at max)
Does anybody have own strategy or advice for me please?
I am taking test on Oct 12.
