I would opt for D...
The first provides a conclusion to an argument that one should not waste money on attorneys to draft a will as the distribution of property is usually the same...
the second says that distribution of assets is not the only function of a will,.... so u still need an attorney to draft a bill...

I would go with D.... as first is conclusion... and second is contradicting the argument of first

agree that second bold sentence is like an evidence to support another conclusion..." thus..." for the last sentence it stated however i dun undertsand why its the first states just a position... i thought it should be a conclusion as it is always in Gmat.... hmhmhmhmov25 wrote:Guys...there cannot be a conclusion for the passage as it is a conversation and the two had taken opposite positions
