After one hour,
Height of water in the cylindrical tank = 0.7 metres.
Volume of water in the cylindrical tank = 22 cubic metres. = pi*r*r*h. Where r is the radius of the cylindrical tank and h is the height of water in the cylindrical tank.
22 = pi*r*r*h
22 = (22/7)*r*r*0.7
10 = r*r
r = √10
