If a question on GMAT has the sentence 'between a and b'

Shall we count a and b also or not?
Basically, does this mean inclusive or exclusive of the boundary values of the range?

Unless it explicitly says inclusive, assume that boundary values are not excluded. That being said, the GMAT typically keeps its questions pretty clear anyway.
