Best books to buy for SC questions?

Expert replies
by JGmathelp » Thu Mar 21, 2013 8:18 am
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but this question pertains to SC only.

So far I have the OG13 and the Verbal 2nd edition books, which combine to approximately 250 questions.

Are there any other material to practice from that has actual questions or a similar format?

You might want to check out the Sentence Correction books from Veritas, Manhattan GMAT, and PowerScore. These are all available at Amazon.com.

Good luck!

Are these books more of a strategy guide? I'm looking for practice questions since I already have the sentence correction strategy guide from Manhattan GMAT. Do you think it's necessary to purchase additional strategy guides? Thanks.

Each Veritas book has about 100 practice problems as well as strategy tips - might be your best bet.

The PowerScore Sentence Correction Bible does have problem sets at the end of most chapters. Check it out on Amazon.com - you can use the LOOK INSIDE! feature to preview the book.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
