hi Vatish,

The most important data point for deciding on school is your longer term goal. It should be crystal clear in your mind since you come with mid to high work experience catagory for most schools.
Again average acad and extra currics is fine but you have to tell the most illustrious of those average experience that would be a indicator of your strengths, experience and skills.

Please post these then we could help you in figuring out colleges and more.
