@nervesofsteel

Doesn't (b) change the meaning of the sentence?

IMO E

A-the most chance ....is not the overworked executive does not make sense
B-the highest degree of insomnia, changes the original sentence that talks about chance of someone getting insomnia with degree of insomnia.
C yet is used for contradiction, in this sentence no contradication is present.

D the greater degree of insomniacs is meaning less it should be the greater degree of insomnia

E is correct by POE, it is the best choice

A - The most chance - not idiomatic
B - The highest degree - changes meaning
C - Yet they are - Changes meaning
D - Greater degree - not idiomatic, unclear
E - Nothing wrong with it. Maybe a concision issiue at most.

IMO E.

Degree of insomnia?! Just doesn't make sense... I don't think insomnia can be measured in "degrees" (like temperature)... I'd personally eliminate any answer choice that has that phrase in it...
