IMO E - as well...

A - Wrong meaning. The sentence compares who are isomniacs and not their chances
B - The sentence structure should be 'neither x...not y' or 'not x and y'.
C - Usage of 'yet' is incorrect
D - '....not overworked executives nor are they students overwhelmed by studies' is incorrect - same reason as 'B'

That leaves us with 'E'.

Can we have the OA please?

@ those who say A is incorrect - could you please clarify why? If its idimatic - whats the right form of the idiom?

options B, C and D change the meaning of the sentence, so it cannot be any of these.

A looks grammatically correct, except for the idiomatic expression part, which I am not certain of.

Hence I choose A.
