Dear Ryan:

Behavioral based interviews are the most commonly employed these days for both job and business school interviews. The idea is to ask about situations (experiences) in your past that demonstrate qualities/skills the interviewer is looking for and as a way to know how you will handle similar situations in the future. Questions usually begin with "tell me about a time when..." There are some helpful tips on many websites including vault.com and wetfeet.com.

Good luck!
