BeattheGMAT login and access problems after payment

I have not been able to use my account and whenever I try to login it says it does not recognize my username or email but i have all these emails from BeattheGmat for the 60 day study guide and i cant access my modules. what do i do?
Is there a phone number for the customer service that I could call?

Hi Ebi,

I think you purchased a course from us (GMAT Prep Now)
Are you trying to log in to Beat The GMAT using the login info for GMAT Prep Now?
If so, that won't work. The two websites are separate.
