I guess its E : If the size of the dots that the currently available scanners can recognize decreases - it will foil the bank's plan. Hence that's the valid assumption.

E) Choice E come close as bank assumes here that in future;high-quality electronics scanners will not be upgraded and hence will not be able to scan the checks provided by banks to it customer. What if future high-quality electronic scanner successfully scans the new checks provided by banks?

C) Choice C mention about magnification of the dots; which is not in the question here. Banks decision to provide new checks is based on the capability of the electronic scanners to produce fake checks.

choice E should be the correct choice. If new scanners can duplicate the smallest dots, then with these new scanners checks can be counterfeit easily.

But, as conclusion says.....It has become easy to fraud with new printer and scanner. We have to make this fall apart.
While in Option E ...It talks about Premise and makes premise false.

and for Assumption you need to weaken the conclusion by negating.
Pls explain

OA is E.
