For b<0 ,a<0 and |a|>|b|
From 1 we get
|a|>|b|..but no information on whether a<0....not sufficient
From 2
since ab<0...lets take b<0..then a>0..in that case a-b>0..not possible..hence a<0 ad b>0..sufficient
