Honestly...I read the OG book and that was it. I practiced as part of the GMATPrep test but nothing more and got a 6.0. All you need are the basics that OG gives you-the questions are very debatable and easy to get through. On top of that they really don't even matter much unless you score under a 4.0 I believe it is. I've seen lots of articles where Admissions laughs at the question of how important the AWA score is so I would not stress over it.

Just remember your essay basics (intro, body, conclusion) and to use a solid real life (relevant) example and you're fine. Leave enough time to read over them and fix any odd keys your fingers poked as well!
