AWA: Issue or Argument first?

Can someone pleae tell me if the Issue or the Argument is first up when sitting the actual GMAT? GMAT PREP is Argument first, but all books seem to tackle Issue first. Just curious....

It fluctuates.

I will be giving my GMAT exam for the first time in Feb 09 but as far as I know you can either get anaylsis of anargument or analysis of an issue first.

Apparently, they could come in either order. Coincidentally (or not?) I've always had the argument essay first. Weird!
