C, and E each states that the cars were driven with the disconnected odometers, i mean it does not confirm that the cars don't have their own ododmeters.. it might be possible that they have their own meters with them and were driven with disconnected meters of other cars..
In B, reference of "it" is unclear..
in A we need an action such as "having test driven.." but not a noun "cars"..
