This is okay if you can explain the reasons behind your moves and weave everything togehter into a cohesive story. Your profile is actually not that out of the ordinary. We often see these types of activities and positions with Indian candidates. So another thing you should focus on is differentiation. Working on developing your personality and your personal story will help a lot.

You probably have the best chances of being admitted to the less competitive schools on your list. These would be:
Indiana
Emory
USC

This does not mean you cannot apply to the others. But I suggest you apply to schools from both groups, employing a "portfolio strategy" to your school selection.
