I am writing this post to receive some feedback about the strategy I decided to follow in the next two months, before to take the third GMAT attempt.

That said, here is the strategy:

After my second attempt, which was a disaster, I started to focus on error-log feature. I plotted the scores of my simulation tests in order to identify the overall strength and weakness (verbal vs quantitative) and I set up the target to climb the 700+ mountain.

Then I used the MGMAT CATs to dig deeper my strengths and weaknesses. In the attached file you can see the results. The strategy for the next two months of preparation is to attack the RED ZONE ... the zone where my hit rate (HR) is less than 50%. Other than the hit rate, I used a trigger to identify whether I have a timing issue (time > 2min) other than a low hit rate.

Starting from today, I will focus on each topics of the RED ZONE, trying to reduce the weaknesses I have on each of them. I have read the guideline of Ron regarding the takeaways ... never leave a problem without a takeaway that can be used in a similar problem.

Do you have some other advice? I know I am not improving so much after 7 months of studying, but as explained in post whose link you find above, I have a demanding job that doesn't leave me enough time. However, I will beat the GMAT!
